Is a subscription required for my Go 2 camera to work after the 30-day trial ends?

No. A subscription is not required for your security camera to work after the 30-day trial period. Without a subscription, you will continue to receive notifications when motion is detected and be able to view your camera's live video feed. However, a subscription is required to maintain premium features like Video Cloud Storage, Interactive Notifications, Video Object Detection, and more. Where can I use the Arlo Go 2?

You can monitor nearly any location with a Wi-Fi or LTE connection. The camera is portable so you can take it with you and rely on a backup connection to the cellular network to ensure your cameras remain armed even when Wi-Fi is unavailable.

Do I need a SIM card for Arlo Go 2 mobile coverage?

Yes. An activated SIM card with a mobile data plan is required to access the mobile network. For help with your mobile service plan, contact the carrier of the SIM card that was provided. If no SIM card was included, visit your local wireless carrier to activate a service plan and receive a SIM card.

Is the Arlo Go 2 battery powered?

Does Arlo Go 2 come with an Arlo subscription?

Go 2 includes a 30-day trial to Arlo Secure. To maintain certain advanced features, a paid Arlo Secure plan is required after trial.

Use your Arlo Secure subscription to store videos in the cloud. Or install a microSD card (sold separately) to store your data locally.
